At Shopzfy.com we work hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, and if order processing has begun, we will be unable to change or cancel your order. Should any item you’ve purchased not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return the item for a refund of the product within 30 days of shipment. We ship items from numerous warehouses around the USA operated by our distribution partners. Some items ship from the closest warehouse with adequate inventory levels to fulfill an order. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest warehouse. This may result in you receiving your order in multiple shipments, at different times if you ordered more than one item.


It depends on where you are. Your order will process and ship within 1 or 2 business days of being placed. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Most orders are delivered in 2-4 business days. Please be aware that transit times do not include weekends, and deliveries only occur on business days, Monday – Friday. A tracking number will automatically be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you entered during checkout once your order has shipped. In addition, if you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

If you did not receive a tracking number and you placed your order more than 72 hours ago, we offer 2 convenient ways to check your order status.

1.-Customers with an established account can sign-in and quickly refer to a chronological record of your purchases. Order History will show you all the orders you have placed with us, including tracking number and status. To see more information about a particular order, click on the order number.  You must be signed in to your account to view your Order History.

Our warehouses are strictly shipping facilities. For insurance purposes, we are unable to allow any pick-ups.

In order to offer the most reliable service, we ship all orders via a traceable method. Depending upon the size of your order we will ship via UPS, FedEx, the USPS or a common carrier freight line. Please check our Shipping Policy.

Due to the different shipping carriers we use, depending upon the size of your order we are only able to ship to actual street addresses.

For certain products we are only able to ship within the contiguous United States. Products like aerosols, big size or very heavy products currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico U.S Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
